About Firm
Joshi & Shah is a firm of Chartered Accountants. The firm was founded in 2017, by Mr. Jaydip Joshi and Mr. Jigar Shah. They founded the firm with an underlying aim is to provide an integrated service in the fields of audit and assurance, tax and regulatory, corporate laws, transaction advisory and consulting keeping in mind the regulatory and commercial environment within which the firm’s clientele operate.

He holds experience in Statutory Audit, IFC audit and limited reviews of Ind-As compliant corporates. His core expertise is direct and indirect taxation assessment cases. He has enriched the work experience of Transfer Pricing Audit and its compliances.

He has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients. He has rich experience in various types of audit which includes Statutory Audit, IFC Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit etc. He also holds the work experience of direct and indirect taxation assessment cases. He holds good command over RERA compliances and advisory services.
